To score an Essential Phone for $299, you are going to need the friends & family discount code. To receive that code you will have had to pay full price, or know someone who paid full price for the phone, before October 22nd. The purchase had to have been made from Essential, Sprint, Best Buy, or Amazon. You will have to fill out a form found by clicking on the sourcelink, and pass along some information about the previously purchased Essential Phone. That info includes the unit's unique IMEI number and the serial number. The form must be submitted before November 15th.

The $200 discount can be used toward the purchase of another Essential Phone, taking the price down to $299. If you don't need, or want, another Essential Phone, you can use the $200 friends and family discount toward the purchase of the modular Essential 360 Camera.
